China 2023
It took two trips to the China Visum Center in The Hauge, a one-hour flight to Munich, an eleven-hour flight to Shanghai and an hour waiting for immigration, but I’m finally in China.
Over the next three weeks I’ll attempt to travel from Shanghai in the east to Chengdu in the west.

Rice Balls
Glutinous rice balls, filled with crushed peanuts
Sweet water noodles
As opposed to literally any other food in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, these arent spicy but sweet. The sauce is made with vinegar, soy, and chili (not spicy is a loose term)
